Coach Robb Beams
Coach Robb Beams is the founder and lead educator of Complete Racing Solutions (CRS) and the CRS Performance Academy, where he has developed and delivered a comprehensive, science-based curriculum for human performance coaching in motocross, supercross, and off-road racing. With more than 40 years of professional coaching experience, Coach Robb specializes in the integration of exercise physiology, applied nutrition, sports psychology, recovery science, and long-term athlete development.
Throughout his career, Coach Robb has worked with athletes across all stages of development, from youth and amateur riders to elite and factory-level professionals (Ryan Dungey, Adam Cianciarulo, Jeremy Martin, Seth Hammaker, Brock Tickle, Stilez Robertson, Ashley Fiolek, Cullin Park, Leum Oehlhof and more!). His work emphasizes health-first performance, focusing on the prevention of premature physical and mental burnout, the development of athletic durability, and the application of objective performance metrics to guide training and recovery decisions. His coaching methodology prioritizes structured periodization, data-informed assessment, and sustainable progression over short-term performance outcomes.
Coach Robb has delivered over 1,000 educational webinars and instructional sessions, which have been systematically refined into a multi-level certification curriculum designed to educate and credential future human performance coaches within the moto industry. His academic framework is grounded in applied science and real-world coaching environments, with a strong emphasis on ethical practice, athlete accountability, and long-term performance sustainability.
Through the CRS Performance Academy, Coach Robb continues to advance the professional standards of coaching education in motorsports by bridging scientific principles with practical, field-tested application.

John Moriarty
My passion for coaching athletes has changed over the years. What started out as a personal endeavor, ended up being an eye opening experience full of learning and constant improvement. My goal is to continue to gather a crowd and inspire them to be the best versions of themselves as I continue to pursue the best version of myself as well.
