Coach Robb Beams
Coach Robb Beams is the founder and lead educator of Complete Racing Solutions (CRS) and the CRS Performance Academy, where he has developed and delivered a comprehensive, science-based curriculum for human performance coaching in motocross, supercross, and off-road racing. With more than 40 years of professional coaching experience, Coach Robb specializes in the integration of exercise physiology, applied nutrition, sports psychology, recovery science, and long-term athlete development.
Throughout his career, Coach Robb has worked with athletes across all stages of development, from youth and amateur riders to elite and factory-level professionals (Ryan Dungey, Adam Cianciarulo, Jeremy Martin, Seth Hammaker, Brock Tickle, Stilez Robertson, Ashley Fiolek, Cullin Park, Leum Oehlhof and more!). His work emphasizes health-first performance, focusing on the prevention of premature physical and mental burnout, the development of athletic durability, and the application of objective performance metrics to guide training and recovery decisions. His coaching methodology prioritizes structured periodization, data-informed assessment, and sustainable progression over short-term performance outcomes.
Coach Robb has delivered over 1,000 educational webinars and instructional sessions, which have been systematically refined into a multi-level certification curriculum designed to educate and credential future human performance coaches within the moto industry. His academic framework is grounded in applied science and real-world coaching environments, with a strong emphasis on ethical practice, athlete accountability, and long-term performance sustainability.

Andrew Hopson
Andrew Hopson serves as a Performance Coach and Educator with the CRS Performance Academy, bringing a unique blend of professional industry experience, competitive racing knowledge, and endurance sports achievement to the coaching team. His passion for human performance extends beyond the motorcycle, encompassing decades of athletic development, competition, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
Following his professional racing career, Andrew joined KTM, where he built a successful career while continuing to pursue his passion for performance and competition. Under the guidance of Coach Robb Beams, he returned to structured training and competition in both motorcycle and bicycle racing. Andrew earned multiple top-10 finishes aboard a CR500 in highly competitive vet motocross events and successfully completed a GNCC off-road race in South Carolina.
His athletic accomplishments extend into endurance cycling, where he captured two Amateur Mountain Bike Championships in the Category 2 division through Team Big Bear and Rim Nordic. Andrew has also completed numerous endurance cycling events, including multiple 100-mile Gran Fondo races, the Belgian Waffle Ride (BWR), Rock Cobbler, Grizzly 100, and other challenging mountain bike and road cycling competitions. These experiences provide him with a broad understanding of endurance, recovery, nutrition, and long-term athletic development across multiple disciplines.
As a coach and educator, Andrew is passionate about helping athletes understand the “why” behind performance. His coaching philosophy emphasizes consistency, accountability, sustainable progression, and the practical application of proven training principles. He believes that long-term success is built through smart decision-making, structured preparation, and a commitment to health-first performance.

John Moriarty
John Moriarty serves as a Performance Coach and Educator with the CRS Performance Academy, where he is dedicated to helping athletes unlock their full potential through education, accountability, and continuous improvement. His coaching journey began as a personal pursuit of growth and performance, but quickly evolved into a passion for helping others achieve results that extend far beyond competition.
Over the years, John has developed a coaching philosophy centered on lifelong learning, self-improvement, and the belief that athletic success is built upon consistent daily habits. His commitment to personal development has allowed him to connect with athletes from a wide range of backgrounds, helping them develop the confidence, discipline, and resilience necessary to achieve their goals both on and off the track.
As an educator, John emphasizes the importance of understanding the process behind performance. Jill Davis
Jill Davis serves as a Performance Coach and Educator with the CRS Performance Academy, specializing in helping athletes align their daily habits, behaviors, and decision-making processes with the goals they aspire to achieve. As a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach and CRS Elite Certified Coach, Jill combines evidence-based coaching principles with practical real-world application to help athletes develop sustainable performance systems that support long-term success.
With more than 24 years immersed in the sport of motocross, Jill brings a unique perspective shaped by decades of firsthand experience. Her husband of more than 20 years has been actively involved in racing, and both of her daughters have competed in motocross for over a decade. This extensive involvement has provided Jill with a deep understanding of the physical, mental, and emotional demands placed on athletes and families throughout every stage of development. Her experience allows her to support athletes not only in their pursuit of performance but also in navigating the challenges, pressures, and responsibilities that accompany competitive sports.
Jill’s coaching philosophy emphasizes accountability, consistency, confidence, and purpose. She is passionate about helping athletes build durable foundations through structured routines, effective recovery practices, positive mindset development, and sustainable performance habits. Her goal is to help athletes create lasting success by focusing on the daily disciplines that ultimately determine long-term outcomes.
In addition to her coaching work, Jill is deeply committed to health, wellness, and personal growth. As an amateur bodybuilder, she brings firsthand experience in nutrition, recovery, physical preparation, and mental resilience. Her dedication to continuous improvement serves as an example to the athletes she coaches and reinforces her belief that success is achieved through consistent effort, intentional action, and a willingness to embrace the process.

Tony Hodges
Tony Hodges serves as a Performance Coach and Educator with the CRS Performance Academy, bringing decades of competitive motocross experience, business leadership, and firsthand athlete development knowledge to the coaching team. A lifelong competitor and dedicated student of performance, Tony understands the challenges of balancing family, career, training, and racing while pursuing excellence at a high level.
Having competed in motocross for more than 25 years, Tony has raced extensively throughout the amateur and vet motocross ranks, including multiple appearances at the prestigious Loretta Lynn Amateur National Motocross Championship. His experience spans motocross, off-road racing, and endurance-based training, providing him with a practical understanding of the physical and mental demands required to perform consistently at a high level.
In addition to his athletic pursuits, Tony successfully owns and operates a thriving heating and air conditioning business. His ability to balance entrepreneurship, family responsibilities, and competitive racing has shaped his coaching philosophy and allows him to relate to athletes who must manage performance goals alongside the demands of everyday life. He believes that success is built through discipline, consistency, accountability, and a willingness to continuously improve.
