Post-Certification Residency & Facility Placement Opportunities

Upon successful completion of the CRS Performance Academy, qualified graduates may be considered for the opportunity to live, train, and work within a CRS Performance Facility. These facilities serve as immersive performance environments where certified coaches can continue their professional development while applying CRS methodologies in real-world settings alongside athletes, coaches, and support teams.

CRS Performance Facilities are located internationally, with current locations in Ireland, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and across the United States, including Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Oklahoma, New York, New Hampshire, Northern California, and Southern California. Additional facilities are scheduled to be added throughout 2026 as the CRS network continues to expand globally.

Placement opportunities are selective and based on performance, professionalism, alignment with CRS standards, and facility availability. Participation in a CRS Performance Facility is not guaranteed and is offered as an advanced development pathway for graduates seeking hands-on experience, mentorship, and continued growth within the CRS ecosystem.
